I went to a photography meetup at The Hayloft recently to photograph horses. What a beautiful location with acres of land for these horses to roam. I don't think I've ever been around so many horses. It was like the little girl in me was getting to live her dream for a quick moment.
After a little tour we split into two groups. We got to spend time with the miniature horses and ponies. Then went out to the prairie as they prompted the horses to run by us. We had time to get close up and watch them all come in from the fields to get fed.
It was fun getting together with other photographers as I so often like to do. It's a great way to connect and grow, as there is so much to learn from one another.
My experience with The Hayloft was great. They seem to offer lots of fun activities such as goat yoga, llama camps and even hold private events. I may have to look into holding my daughter's birthday party there, she would love that!
